By creating an account and using the Radiant Real Estate property management system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including property owners, tenants, and authorized users. By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
Radiant Real Estate provides a comprehensive property management platform that includes:
Property Management
- Unit registration and management
- Tenant invitation and approval system
- Property documentation storage
- Communication tools
Vehicle & Access Control
- Vehicle registration system
- Parking spot allocation
- Access control management
- Automated number plate recognition
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
- Accounts are subject to verification and approval
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
4. Vehicle Registration and Parking
Vehicle registration and parking privileges are subject to the following terms:
- Vehicle information must be accurate and current
- Only registered vehicles are permitted in designated parking areas
- Parking spots are allocated based on availability and property rules
- Unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing at owner's expense
- Changes to vehicle registration must be updated promptly
- Parking privileges may be revoked for violations of property rules
- Vehicle registration is subject to property management approval
5. Payments and Fees
Use of our Service may be subject to fees as determined by property management:
- Service fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated
- Payment terms and schedules will be provided in advance
- Late payments may result in service restrictions
- Refunds are subject to property management policies
- Fee changes will be communicated with reasonable notice
- All payments must be made through authorized channels

- Property Changes: Account termination may occur when leaving the property
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts may be deactivated after extended periods of inactivity
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted according to our retention policies.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
- Notify users through email or in-app notifications
- Post the updated Terms on our website
- Provide reasonable notice before material changes take effect
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
